TRC ADS™ Dry Fog Dust Suppression Systems and Water Spray Systems (WSS) require a reliable supply of air and water to operate effectively. In some applications, the available plant water pressure is not sufficient to properly feed the nozzles used in Deluge Systems, Mist Systems, or ADS™ Dry Fog systems.
To provide the correct water flow and pressure, The Raring Corporation can supply dedicated water pump skids and water tanks as part of the dust suppression system. These pump skids are designed to support reliable operation of MH nozzles used in deluge and mist applications, as well as TRC FP Series nozzles used in ADS™ Dry Fog systems.
TRC pump skids can be configured to meet project-specific requirements, site conditions, and system arrangements. They help ensure consistent water delivery, proper nozzle performance, and effective dust control in mining, mineral processing, coal handling, power generation, ports, and bulk material handling applications.
