TRC ADS™ Dry Fog Dust Suppression Systems are custom-engineered solutions designed for each client’s application, operating conditions, and plant requirements.
All TRC systems can be started and stopped using a remote permissive signal from the plant operation system. Depending on the project requirements, the internal system controls can operate manually or automatically.
For automatic operation, TRC systems can be controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). This control can be integrated into the plant’s existing Distributed Control System (DCS) or supplied as a dedicated PLC panel designed and programmed by The Raring Corporation.
TRC dedicated PLC panels are custom-built for each dust suppression system. The control logic is programmed specifically for the equipment, application, operating sequence, alarms, interlocks, and process requirements.
A dedicated PLC panel can also communicate system status, operating data, alarms, and processed information back to the plant control system, supporting reliable integration with mining, mineral processing, power generation, ports, and bulk material handling operations.
