This video is of a barge unloading hopper fitted with an ADS dust control system. The bin is surrounded on three sides by wind screen to help reduce the effects of wind. The fog systems on the two sides of the bin (up wind and downwind relative to prevailing wind directions) are operated independently according to wind direction. Neighbors have stopped complaining about fugitive emissions.
