Bunker rooms are typically a dusty areas.  Transfers at cascades and trippers are particularly difficult to control due to their design.  This video shows a transfer to a tripper car where the distance from the tail of the tripper to the point at which the belt lefts off the idlers is very short. 

The conveyor is running and is loaded with PRB coal that has not been wetted with water or chemical.
