Nozzle Technology:  There are many nozzle technologies to choose from.  High pressure water with or without return flow features has been the choice of European designers since the 1960's.  Sonic and swirl type air assist atomization  technologies were developed in the US and applied extensively since the 1970's.  At TRC, we consider the options and choose the best nozzle technology for the application.

Reduce Power and Increase Production: Evaporatively cooling hot gasses ahead of a system fan reduces gas volume and line loss thus reducing fan motor horsepower or increasing the volume of air that can be pulled through the process. 

Replace Dilution Air: If you are currently diluting your hot gas stream with ambient air either intentionally or by lack of maintenance, you are wasting power and production capacity.  Replace 300 degrees of dilution  with evaporative cooling and save over 65% of your fan operating cost. 

Improve Filter Bag Life

Controlling fabric filter temperature can improve bag life and reduce unscheduled maintenance.
